Published Standard

MRAA evaluates this certification using Verification (30 points), Achievement (25), Impact (20), Consistency (15), and Integrity (10). A score of at least 80/100 plus all mandatory requirements is required unless an authorized MRAA override is documented. Verifies documented economic contribution through employment, commerce, investment, suppliers or growth.

Evidence Requirements

Provide payroll/employment, revenue/commerce, investment, supplier, tax, expansion or other measurable economic-impact evidence.

Mandatory Requirements

• Submitted claims are independently verifiable.
• Evidence satisfies the published certification-specific requirements.
• Applicant acknowledgments and representations are complete and accurate.

Decision Standard

Default passing threshold: 80/100 plus all mandatory certification-specific requirements.
